This summer, our family took a holiday and we got the idea of writing a story about how we stayed fit while on vacation in Mexico. We talked about all the great activities we could do at our resort and how good the gym facilities were. When we got home, we started thinking about the hotels in Edmonton and whether people had any of the same type of options available when they came here on business or for vacation. There is a lot to do in Edmonton to stay fit – from our river valley and parks, to great fitness facilities. When we travel to other cities however, we rarely go to a gym for a workout, but rather exercise at the hotel we are at. Therefore, we approached some Edmonton hotels to see what type of facilities they offered their guests. Here is a selection of four.
