Community Sweat Events

We've spent the past 4 years connecting with some amazing wellness businesses and sharing all that they are doing with our readers in the pages of YEG Fitness. We love seeing so many great things happening in the fitness industry in our city and we enjoy spreading their passion to the wellness community in the city.

Each month, we will be hosting workouts and workshops at locations around the city and inviting our readers to join us. Here's what's in store in January:

L2 Fitness - January 7 - 10am

Join the team from L2 Fitness for a HIIT workout at their west end location.
This event is an 18+ event and is for all fitness levels.



Sculpt Barre South - January 28 - 11am

POUND is an exhilarating full-body workout from the team at Sculpt Barre South that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. It's the worlds first cardio jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing and sweat dripping fun of playing the drums!



Both events are free to attend, but you must register to secure your spot. Registration is now open and spots will be at a premium so make sure to check back or follow us on social media to keep up to date on these and future events.
