Let's face it, life can get incredibly hard at times, and there will be moments where you feel as though there is no more point to anything, maybe because you're not succeeding in something that is important to you, or your own struggles are holding you back from living a fun and exciting life. The brain rush

When you engage in physical activity, from the Dynamic Stretching to the full-blown workout, there will become a build-up of chemicals in the brain that are then released, these are called endorphins, and when this happens, you will feel on top of the world and even euphoric. This is scientific evidence, and although this feeling may not last forever, it will definitely give you a rush that reminds you of how good things can feel, and it also reminds you that you can feel this again, as often as you like.

The social life

If you decide to join a team in order to play a sport of your choice, you are pushing yourself to have to leave the comfort of your own home and socialize with other people, and if you haven't done that in a while it can be rather intimidating, but it can also show you that you're more than capable. Not only that, but you remember that other human beings aren't really as scary as you may have built them up to be. You may even end up with a bunch of new friends.

The exterior improvement

As you know, it's not all about looking good on the outside if you don't feel good on the inside, but sometimes it can definitely help boost up your confidence a little to look in the mirror and actually like what you see happening due to the new workout you've been doing, or the runs you take around the block every morning. It's all about making yourself feel good, and there's nothing wrong with being proud of those subtle abs that are appearing out of nowhere.
