Smoothies For Weight Loss

People are always asking what are the best smoothies for weight loss, or what smoothie do you recommend for weight loss. Because this is a common question we decided to post up three recipes on how to make some delicious smoothies to help you lose weight.

Weight loss smoothie #1: Frozen berry delight

Serving 1:
200ml Water
Small handful of ice
1 scoop Whey Protein
1 handful of frozen mixed berries
Blend using a hand blender

Weight loss smoothie #2: Mango Passion

Servings 1:
1/4 cup of mango
1/2 cup of mango juice
1 scoop Whey Protein
1/4 cup of fat free yoghurt (vanilla works best)
Sprinkle of sugar
5 ice cubes
Blend using a hand blender

Weight loss smoothie #3: Frozen Blueberry Jazz

Servings 1:
Skimmed milk (1 cup)
Handful of frozen blueberries
1 scoop Whey Protein
Handful of ice cubes
Blend using a hand blender
