If you consistently do the same thing, you are going to get the same results. Essentially, if you only do cardio, the results you are seeking will eventually stop coming. You are better off adding in some resistance training through weights as it will increase your body’s metabolic rate and increase the results you’re looking to obtain.

Being present in your workout is just as important as showing up to exercise. If you are distracted, you are less likely to focus on your breathing and less likely to use the proper form as you lift, run, etc. Put your phone in airplane mode and pay attention to what and how you are exercising.
