Perhaps you have an interest in eating seasonally so that your food always tastes flavorful. There’s an app for that. It’s called Harvest, it advises you on in-season fruits and vegetables, pesticide levels in foods and features tips for selecting over 120 items.
Have a vegan friend coming to town and don’t know any vegan or even vegetarian eateries? Don’t worry, you guessed it, there’s an app for that too. Try the app VegOut, it features a list or a map of both vegan and vegetarian restaurants in 160 countries, costs $2.99 and is compatible with both iOS and Android.
