Working from home has become increasingly popular and not by choice due to the global pandemic and so many of us have been forced to stay at home. Due to this, many of us have been looking for alternatives methods to stay active whilst we are in this period of staying from home and so home workouts have also been on the rise during the past year and so we thought we’d put together a list of the best exercises to do whilst at home.

Other than working out at home, many have been looking for alternative ways to keep entertained during this period and here at the best casinos they are offering a way not just to keep entertained but also produce a profit from your own home.

One of the best exercises to complete whilst at home would be a burpee; this exercise is a full body exercise that will help to build strength, endurance and cardiovascular health. It combines a host of the best exercises and combines them into an all-in-one workout starting with a squat, moving into a plank and then an explosive jump to finish with.

Another great exercise to do if you are looking to build up your cardiovascular strength is a jumping jack, and this might be a great start if you are a bit of a fitness newbie. This exercise involves jumping on the spot with a co-ordinated arm and leg movement.

If you are looking for a more targeted exercise that will do individual muscle groups, then lunges are perfect for the legs and lower body. One leg will be position forward with a bent knee whilst the other is positioned behind and these will swap simultaneously to ensure that you are working both legs.

An isolated movement that is specifically for the upper body that we would advise to do would be the overhead press which works arms, back and shoulder all in one. This exercise is best if you complete it with some sort of weight and you can use any household item to achieve this including bags of sugar.

If you are looking to tighten your core and build strength from within, then the plank is the perfect position for this. This is where you are in a press-up position but with your elbow on the floor and you hold for as long as you can, preferably a minute. All of these exercises are perfect to put together in a circuit where you do 3 to 5 rounds of each exercise.
