Your VALUES are misaligned with your ACTIONS. {period!}

Let’s say you want to lose weight. Weight loss becomes your value.

Yet you keep hitting the drive thru at lunch because your morning was rushed.

You find yourself saying “on Monday” you’ll get your workouts going.

You got that Frappuccino “just one more time” for your afternoon pick-me-up.

Those are all simply examples of your actions. Actions that are clearly misaligned with the value of losing weight.

Examples of aligned actions would be:

  • Packing a lunch.
  • Going to the gym TODAY.
  • Having a hot tea instead of the Frappuccino or better yet – water!

It is truly each and every choice you make daily that get you where you are right now OR where you want to be.

It’s in each decision YOU make that your future is being created.

Woah. That’s big and it’s the absolute truth.

Next time you find yourself in a moment of choice…remember that’s when you’re creating your future.

  2. Connect that vision with a Why!
  3. Visualize what you want
  4. Use affirmation to become the person you need to be to fulfill your vision
  5. Surround yourself with like-minded people looking to make a change or have made a change in their health and fitness
  6. Align your vision with giving
  7. Define what success in your health and fitness looks like
  8. Plan out the small actions required to make sure you hit your defined measures
  9. Take Action!
