With Covid restrictions still keeping us under lockdown and gyms either still closed or operating at reduced numbers, it’s more important than ever to keep active and healthy – but now on your own…. This can be tough for many as limited access to equipment is often a restriction and also that feeling of community is something many of us need.

Each week, we’ll be sharing a new virtual workout here for you to check out. Most of these workouts can be done with little to no equipment and can be modified to suit your fitness abilities. We are also mixing it up to offer some mobility workouts to keep your muscles loose as well as yoga and meditation.
