Time for our next Community Sweat. This month we’re at Bliss YogaSpa, where their team will be leading us through an invigorating class.

If you’ve never checked them out before, you’ll immediately be welcomed by the community feel of the space and attention to your workout. Change rooms and locker spaces are available to store your gear and freshen up after.

HYDRATE: Drink lots of water before, during, and after your workout. It is very important to stay hydrated. They have water stations for your water bottles.

EAT: Please don’t attempt to workout on an empty stomach. Have a full meal a few hours before class or a light snack up to half-an-hour before.

WEAR: We suggest wearing form-fitting pants or shorts and a light and breathable top.

As always, guests will be treated to some post workout treats.
