About this Event

Time for our next Community Sweat. This month we’re at the new RUNAWAY WORKOUT CLUB, where their team will be leading us through a heart pounding sweat dripping class .

If you’ve never checked them out before, you’ll immediately be welcomed by the community feel of the space and attention to your workout. Change rooms and locker spaces are available to store your gear and freshen up after. The workout is a combination of interval running on the treadmill and dynamic, high-intensity exercises. You can expect to switch from the treadmill workout to the floor workout, having 2 rounds on each (ie. treadmill workout to floor workout, back to the treadmill, back to the floor. Done.) The class is 60-minutes long.

HYDRATE: Drink lots of water before, during, and after your workout. It is very important to stay hydrated. They have water stations for your water bottles.

EAT: Please don’t attempt to workout on an empty stomach. Have a full meal a few hours before class or a light snack up to half-an-hour before.

WEAR: We suggest wearing form-fitting pants or shorts and a light and breathable top.

As always, guests will be treated to some post workout treats.
