Lace up your runners its time for our next Community Sweat! This month we’re partnering with Running Room, where Ed Wagner will be leading us on a 5K run around Edmonton’s River Valley. This will be part trail & part road run for all running levels! Join us for a Saturday run in support of the Youth Empowerment & Support Services and enjoy post-run snacks by some of Edmonton’s healthiest and most delicious restaurants.

Please arrive 15 – 20 mins before to get warmed up and to make sure you are not left behind!

HYDRATE: Drink lots of water before for this run. It is very important to stay hydrated.

EAT: Have a full meal a few hours before class as it’s best to run at least an hour and a half without food.

WEAR: Wear clothes that will allow you to sweat comfortably and are appropriate for the weather.
